 Checklist

CONTRACT/PAPERWORK
1  Work order reviewed, signed and sent back to 3CM Stone, Inc.
2  Required 50% deposit or purchase order assigned from customer.
3  Edge detail and splash height confirmed, sink selected and noted on contract.
4  NORTL signed and included with contract. (Private customers / homeowners)
5  Confirmation of stone type and thickness.  If specific slabs at a particular supplier have
been selected, please supply the necessary information.

CABINETS/SUBDECKS
1  If using 2cm stone, cabinets must have a 5/8" plywood subdeck, cut FLUSH TO CABINETS
2  If using 3cm stone, no subdecks are necessary.
3  Cabinets must be completely installed, securely and permanently in place and level.
4  Tolerance is 1/8" per 10' run.

APPLIANCES
1  Cooktop / Range must be on site at measure.  If it is a cooktop that is being used, a
detail sheet for the model will suffice.  (This is not the case with ranges or slide in models.)
2  Faucets, and fixtures must be on site at install.  (It is preferable to have them there at the
measure.)  If faucets are not on site at install, customer will be charged a trip charge for us
to return to core holes.  If faucets are not on site at install and customer has marked the
placement of the holes, the customer must make sure of the size of the holes so that an
additional trip is not required.  Also, the customer takes the responsibility for the place-
ment of the holes if they choose to have holes cored without faucets being on site.

SINKS
1  Undermount sinks must be set prior to measure unless 3CM Stone, Inc. has been
contracted to set them.  If we have not been contracted to do so and the customer
wants us to set the sinks and additional charge of $75 to $100 per sink is added to
    the contract amount
2  Top mount sinks cannot be used as undermount sinks, and undermount cannot be
used as a top mount.  If there are any questions about this issue, please call us
with the sink information (MAKE/MODEL) and we will determine how it can be used

JOB SITE ISSUES
1  Customer must be on site during measure and installation.  If the customer is not available
for the template appointment, an authorized representative must be present.  If no one is
available, the appointment will be rescheduled.  If our measure technician arrives at a
confirmed appointment, and no representative is on site, the template will be cancelled,
and customer will be charged for a return trip charge.
2  In the case of a remodel, all existing countertops must be removed unless 3CM Stone, Inc.
has been contracted for the tear out. Once the tear out has taken place, the existing
cabinet boxes must meet the same standards set as for new construction with regard to
leveling, subdecks, sinks, appliances and fixtures.
3  We must be notified of any scheduling conflicts that arise; paint, hardwood, lacquer.
We are happy to re-schedule--please give us as much notice as possible
4  Driveways; if a driveway is being poured, we need to know so that we can schedule
around it.  We need clear, safe, unobstructed access to the house.
5  We need to be able to use the electricity for measure and install for our tools.

MISCELLANEOUS
1  Name and cell phone number of job site coordinator, and/or homeowner.
2  TRIP CHARGE; if appointment has been confirmed and the job site is not ready for install
or measure, there will be a trip charge to return to the jobsite.  ($250)
